Fix mods
Enable mods on an existing save, inspect Java status, recover approvals and updates, or isolate a conflict without sacrificing your world.
Subscribed, but nothing happens?
Name the failed checkpoint first: downloading, world activation, Java loading or a particular action. Use the same short reproduction after each change, and keep the original save outside the experiment. Changing five settings at once loses the evidence needed to tell an update issue from an interaction between mods.
Installed, but absent from this save
Compare subscriptions, the main-menu list and this world’s enabled modules.
Follow the steps →The mod is enabled, but did its Java load?
Read loading, approval and session state as separate checks.
Follow the steps →I denied the intended Java file
Review and reset only the matching saved approval decision.
Follow the steps →It worked until Steam or a mod updated
Check the agent and changed companion files before reinstalling everything.
Follow the steps →Several mods work alone but fail together
Keep dependencies intact and narrow the failing combination on a test world.
Follow the steps →I only have a red error counter
Capture the failed run’s log and a repeatable action for the author.
Follow the steps →Before changing your setup
- Copy the full save before changing its enabled mod set.
- Missing dependencies are an invalid test, not evidence that the remaining mod is broken.
- If only joining a server fails, follow the Servers route after the local loader works.
